ADHD Coaching for adults

I specialize in providing ADHD and executive functioning coaching through a secure online video chat platform. I can help you break tasks down into manageable activities, so that you can accomplish more, with less stress.

After learning about you and your concerns, I put together a consultation plan based on your personal style and goals. As an experienced consultant and ADHD coach, I’ll have the competing demands for your attention in mind as we work together. The most meaningful coaching happens when you share specific examples of your strengths and challenges. That way, we can create a plan best suited for your objectives.

I find that coaching through video chat provides both flexibility and continuity. Video chat coaching makes it easy to schedule appointments, cuts out commute time, and allows me to write a plan with you during each meeting that I can email you at the end of each appointment.

About me:

I became interested in ADHD coaching after providing psychotherapy to many adolescents and young adults with executive functioning issues. I am also an Adjunct Professor at Smith College, School for Social Work. At Smith, I have been a research advisor since 2010, helping MSW students tackle a large thesis requirement by taking on one small aspect of it at a time. I received my MSW from Smith College, School for Social Work and my MS, Ed from Bank Street College of Education.

If you would like to learn more about my practice, I offer a free 30 minute consultation. I invite you to contact me online or call my office at +1 (415) 596-0293 to schedule a time for us to connect.
